OTI Reviews

I have been visiting my daughter who is a student in St. kitts. Every time, i stayed at OTI and enjoyed the proximity from her place, the joyful spirit and cleanness of the place. The restaurants are good, but you always can visit other restaurants close by. The staff is always very helping and welcoming.

Atmosphere was wedding reception the staff was excellent in there service, well polite and friendly. The food was buffet style and it was awesome. The surrounding perfect for memorable picture taking. Love it love it.

Ocean Terrace Inn should not be overlooked because it is not one of the larger chains on the island. I can attest that the service is personalized and better. The front desk staff was amicable and accommodating during the check-in process. Throughout my stay, Dejour, Everette, and Jaleel had ensured that my reception was warm. They offered tips on what food I must try at the Fisherman's wharf restaurant, hours of operation, and assisted me in the gift shop. Even at the hour of the start of breakfast service, the hotel manager, Mr. Tyson was about personally ensuring guests were happy. The hotel room was clean, and fresh with a touch of personalization through a note from the manager. The room was quite spacious and offered good views of the sea. I was lucky enough to capture cruise ships docking in the mornings. The door to the verandah had insect screens installed which was quite a relief. The hotel is environmentally friendly and does not use single-use plastic bags, and uses user-experience colour-coded door hangers which are easy to identify. The Fisherman's wharf is at the bottom of the hill and maybe quite a distance, but is worth the trek downhill as the food is quite tasty. I would recommend staying at this boutique hotel if you are visiting St. Kitts and will return when I am on the island.

We were greeted very nicely the first night and given a thorough tour of the facility. The place was very clean, and all the staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable. Both restaurants were very good! We were very happy with our accommodations!

A bit late with our review but had to complete. We spent 2 weeks at this hotel. It was appropriately located for the town centre and ferry crossings to Nevis. The staff were polite and attentive. Fishers mens wharf always served food to a very high standard as was the breakfast at the restaurant on the hotel site. We would like to name individual staff who went that extra mile with us but couldn't really name staff who didn't. From the groundsmen, restaurant staff and reception staff they were always trying to please us. A nice touch was the managers free cocktail evening which gave us the opportunity to meet the manager. They even set us up to have our final evening meal upstairs at Fishers Wharf. We travelled for the music festival which was amazing. Taxi driver Simba was a reliable bonus. I would definitely return to OTI. The room was clean and over looked the pier. Perfect. Very enjoyable stay in St Kitts. Advice dont always use travel reps for excursions. You will end up paying dearly for the privilege.

Great place to stay! “OTI” is a must if you’re headed for St Kitts - and worth a stop just to stay there. Be sure to make your way down through the terraces and gardens for some fabulous food & friendly staff at the fisherman’s wharf restaurant:)

Effective March 30, 2020, the Ocean Terrace Inn (OTI) will close its doors. This is as a result of continuing losses at the hotel that have now been exacerbated by the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, which has decimated the local and international hospitality and travel sectors.

We thank you for your business over the years, and wish you the very best for the future.
